- .I began my interest in photography as a
teenager. Later in years my interest grew with experience.
- As my professional life progressed, I lived
and traveled in seven different states and had the opportunity to
visit the middle east and the Mediterranean Islands.
- I retired in 2002 and moved back to
Greenville after living in New Jersey for 35 years. During those
years I participated in the Ocean County Camera Club.
- After returning to Greenville, I purchased my
first digital camera to enter the world of digital photography. I
now use Nikon D800 and D810 cameras. I have attended various
workshops on landscape photography.
- I have been teaching photography at
OLLI/Furman with Bob and Mike for the last 8 years and enjoy helping
others how to improve their photography.
- I am currently member of
Carolina Nature
Photo Association and the
Photography
Association of America,

I have been involved in
Photography in one way or another since my early teens. I
progressed
to processing my own color prints and slides till I moved to live
overseas in Africa, in my mid-
twenties, living in Zambia and Sierra for 10 years and Australia
for 6 years.

I continued to shoot
landscape and travel most of my adult life. When I retired seven years ago,
I took up photography more seriously and have progressed beyond
landscapes and travel and progressed to where I have been assisting Bob and John with OLLI
and CNPA classes.

My camera of choice is
Sony Mirrorless.

Carolina Nature
Photo Association the
Photography
Association of America and the
Spartanburg Photo Guild.
